Kim E. Howard obtained her bachelor's degree in Accounting in 1999 from the University of Central Florida. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida in 2002 where she graduated Cum Laude in the top 25% of her class and earned the Book Award for advanced legal research. Upon graduating from the University of Florida, Kim began working as a civil litigation attorney for Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, PA where she represented clients such as Wal-Mart , the Lee County Sheriff's Office and the City of Cape Coral. Kim opened her own practice in 2011 and has been serving the local community's legal needs since then.
Kim is here to listen to your needs and help you accomplish your goals in any way that she can. She knows that legal issues can be tough on your wallet, and she has a number of different options that you can review to keep costs as low as possible, starting with charging a reasonable hourly rate. Kim has been in practice for 14 years and finds that her clients truly appreciate the time, effort and personal attention that she puts into every case. Kim is a native of Chicago and has been living in Florida since 1994. Kim volunteers as a guardian ad litem providing a voice in the legal system to children in foster care. She also donates her time to providing pro bono legal services through Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc. When she is not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her three children, her grandson and her four dogs.
